In order to further enhance the construction of a foreign-related lawyer team, improve Guangdong province's level of foreign legal services and international influence, and cultivate a group of politically steadfast professionals with expertise in international rules and proficiency in foreign-related legal practice, the Guangdong Lawyers Association launched the fifth batch of the Guangdong Foreign-Related Law Firm Panel and Talent Pool for Foreign-Related Lawyers in 2023. Under the supervision of the Board of Supervisors of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, the selection process for this initiative involved application submission, preliminary examination, jury evaluation, judges' voting, and public announcement. The final list was officially announced on February 4th, 2024. A total of 38 law firms have been selected to be included in the panel; 22 lawyers have been chosen as leading talents; 155 lawyers have been selected as pioneer talents; and 751 lawyers have been included in the new talent pool for foreign-related lawyers.

    With her extensive experience in foreign-related intellectual property legal work,  Funto Partner Ling Meishi has been successfully selected into the new talent pool of foreign-related lawyers in Guangdong Province.

    This selection not only recognizes the lawyers' personal hard work and professional background, but also serves as a catalyst and motivation for Funto to further enhance their legal services in the field of foreign knowledge and property.
