On March 1, 2024, FUNTO received a successful judgement from the Intermediate People's Court of Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, which regarding the trademark dispute case we represented Marco Polo Holdings Limited against relevant shareholders.

    In this case, the defendants are a married couple who own and operate a sanitary ware factory that manufactures and sells ceramic toilets and shower products using the infringing trademarks. The court in this case determined that the showers and ceramic tile products constituted similar goods. Furthermore, it ultimately held the defendant couple jointly liable, effectively tracing the infringement back to its source.
