Funto Partner Ms. Maisy Ling has been successfully appointed as a member of the INTA Anticounterfeiting Committee for the 2026-2027 term. The appointment is effective from January 1, 2026, and will last for two years.

The INTA Anticounterfeiting Committee is one of the association's largest advocacy committees, bringing together global experts from brand owners, external counsel, online intermediaries, brand protection service providers, and academia. The committee seats were highly competitive this year, with over 4,400 applications received worldwide. Ms. Ling's selection is a authoritative recognition by the international intellectual property community of her professional capabilities and extensive experience in the field of anti-counterfeiting.

During the two-year term, Ms. Ling will deeply engage in the core activities of the committee. The committee operates through Regional Hubs (such as the China Hub) and Thematic Hubs (such as Customs and Law Enforcement, Online Counterfeiting). It is dedicated to advancing global anti-counterfeiting legislation and policy advocacy, providing training for law enforcement agencies, and researching and developing professional guidelines and tools to address emerging counterfeiting issues. These efforts aim to unite global forces and enhance the anti-counterfeiting effectiveness of all INTA members.

Ms. Ling expressed her commitment to actively fulfilling her duties as a committee member, participating in meetings, and contributing her professional insights.
